About the Recipe

If you love pickles, this hummus is for you! Tangy, delicious, and packed with dill pickle flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 

  • 3/4 cup dill pickles, diced

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2-3 Tbsp fresh dill

  • 1/4 cup pickle juice

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 3-4 ice cubes

 

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until creamy.

  2. Optional: Drizzle with olive oil and top with extra diced pickles and fresh dill.


Enjoy as a dip for fresh veggies or crackers, or as spread on your favorite sandwich.
