If you love pickles, this hummus is for you! Tangy, delicious, and packed with dill pickle flavor.
Ingredients
1 15oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsedÂ
3/4 cup dill pickles, diced
1/4 cup tahini
2 garlic cloves
2-3 Tbsp fresh dill
1/4 cup pickle juice
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3-4 ice cubes

Preparation
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until creamy.
Optional: Drizzle with olive oil and top with extra diced pickles and fresh dill.
Enjoy as a dip for fresh veggies or crackers, or as spread on your favorite sandwich.
