I share yoga in an authentic, heart-centered way, offering a welcoming space where everyone feels at home. 

Each class combines movement, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork to support you in finding balance, ease, and connection...on and off the mat.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

YIN YOGA is a quieter, meditative practice. Postures are performed seated or lying on floor, muscles relaxed and are held for longer periods encouraging safe opening of the deeper tissues in the body, such as ligaments, joints, bones and fascia. 

VINYASA FLOW YOGA classes are energetic, flowing classes. Postures are linked together using breath, building heat, flexibility and strength. Modifications and variations are given throughout the practice and students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and go at their own pace.


BLEND YOGA
Find balance between effort and ease with a blend of vinyasa and yin yoga. Begin with the dynamic energy of vinyasa, flowing through sequences that build strength and flexibility, then transition into longer-held yin yoga poses that target the deeper levels in the body.  

 

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A deeply relaxing practice using props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to fully support the body. Postures are held gently for several minutes, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the body to rest, restore, and heal.
